Fire Instructors of North Texas (FIANT) is an association of fire instructors from the North Texas area. Our goal is to unite for mutual benefit of all organizations and individuals represented, in an effort to enhance firefighter training and education.

Since it's inception in the mid 1960s, FIANT has contributed to the educational growth of the fire service in North Texas. It's emphasis has been to promote professionalism and proficiency in the fire service through education and the exchange of information.  We are governed by an executive board consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and members who represent area Fire Departments from across North Texas.
